Five different players scored Sunday afternoon in Paul Smith's, New York as the Maine Fort Kent men's soccer team defeated Paul Smith's College 5-0.  The Bengals have now gone 50 straight regular season games without a loss and improved to 13-0-1 on the year, 10-0 in SC play.

Keith Williams II (Trinidad & Tobago) opened the scoring for UMFK in the 11th minute on an assist from captain Emlyn Jacoby (Johannesburg, South Africa).  Jermaine West (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica) and Damion Stone (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica) would add two more goals five minutes apart (12' & 17') to build a 3-0 lead by halftime.  Junior mid Luka Odak (Kutina, Croatia) moved into a tie in the nation for assists as he recorded his 12th of the year when he set up Walford Stewart (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica) in the 57th minute.  Freshmen Pierre-Luc Couturier (Edmunston, NB) scored the final tally in the 86th minute on an assist from Shane Theriault (Fort Kent).

UMFK fired 47 shots at PSC (0-6-2, 0-6-2 SC) keeper Ryan Zeigler (18 saves) with 25 going on goal while David Girouard (St-Eustache, Quebec) and Giovanni Sinclair combined to make five saves on nine overall PSC shots.  The Bengals will next entertain Vermont Tech on Saturday October 24 and the College of Saint Joseph Sunday October 25.  Both games will kick off at 1pm.
