The Maine Fort Kent men's soccer team defeated #2 Maine Machias 2-0 in the Sunrise Conference Championship game Saturday for their fourth straight title.  UMFK 16-0-1, who was number five in the final regular season NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches Top 25 is now in position to host their second straight Opening Round contest.  Opening Round play will take place this Saturday November 21st at the site of the higher seed.

In Saturday's final, Keith Williams II (Trinidad & Tobago) scored the game winner 18 minutes into the second half and sophomore Jermaine West (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica) added an insurance goal less than five minutes later to give the Bengals their fourth straight conference championship.  Sunrise Conference Offensive Player of the Year Andre Anderson (Manchester, Jamaica) assisted on both goals.  The contest was played in a heavy downpour with standing water on the Scarborough High School field turf which made play very difficult for both teams.
