Club Sando claimed their sixth win with a 5-1 drubbing of Queen’s Park Cricket Club (QPCC) in their Match Day 19 encounter of the bmobile National Super League at the Palo Seco Velodrome, yesterday.

The win pushed them two places up the standings to sixth on 21 points from their 18 matches. Lester Edwards broke the deadlock after 33 minutes to make it 1-0 in Sando’s favour.

They would end the first half with a 3-0 advantage, as Stefon Brerton scored the second in the 35th minute, before Jason Gross added the third two minutes later.

Andy London then made it 4-0 in the 61st minute, before Lorne Joseph pulled one back for QPCC in the 65th minute. Romeo Williams then put the icing on the cake with a strike eight minutes from time to make it 5-1.
