THE two-way battle for the Premier League title in the Tobago Football Association rages on between leaders Georgia FC and Stokely Vale.
“The Vale” kept on their heels five points behind but with a game in hand, with a 4-0 thumping of Bethel United.
Dominic McDougall netted twice, Keishan Joseph and prolific scorer Curtis Job got one each for “The Vale.”
Georgia have accumulated 35 points to date with Stokely Vale on 30.
But Youth Stars stumbled in the A Conference, edged by Mason Hall United Soccer School 1-0 on a Lex Bovell goal.
Despite their defeat, however, Youth Stars still top the standings by two points (10) ahead of 1976 FC Phoenix who have played one game less.
Hope Village Milan continue to lead the B Conference with 13 points ahead of Northside Combined (9) despite being held to a 4-4 draw by Lambeau FC.
Kelson Manswell and Marcano Collette both scored doubles for Milan while Ancil Campbell netted twice, Nacosee Dennis and Daron Douglas one each for the men from Lambeau.
St Clair’s Coaching School moved into the top five in the Premier League with a 4-2 victory over Dominion SS Golden Lane with Keon Samuel scoring two goals, Keon Price and Carron Williams one each. Roger George and Seon Forde got the goals for the losing team.
Sidey’s moved into third spot with a close 1-0 victory over Roxborough Lakers on a Christopher Crosby goal.
