it have any other footballer does get more praise than kenwyne?
"He added that more work needs to be done with the forwards, defence and the wingers"
...and the defence still porus
It have any postions we solidly good at? other than the formation at zen after de game
I watched almost every game that Julius James played and I don't see why man calling for him to start on the national team...Doh get meh wrong I think he should get a chance to try out for the position...but right now he lacks 90 min of concentration ...he loses his man way to easily in the box and he tends to fall asleep at critical times...He is gr8 in the air but he is still young and still has a lot to learn...Nigel Henry also deserves a chance to try out...he has been playing solid for PR Islanders and has a better understanding of the game right now than Julius James....even the man coach says he lacks concentration.I think Abu Bakr is getting better with each game but he too is young and lacks composure sometimes but that comes with more experience...but he may be the front runner for the future.http://web.mlsnet.com/media/video.jsp?content_id=6020425
it could be that tinto was not needed for this match MAYBE BC they was saving him for honduras, and they didn't want him to be scouted.
I've said from day one that as much as people don't want to admit it Andrews is not the player he used to be and if you went to any training sessions you would see that his touch is not solid, he's slow to react and his instincts are not there ....just one of the many reasons that he and Lawrence should never play together in the the back....they both suspect at this point....sorry to say it but if he doesn't improve then will probably not be playing competitive SPL or International football...Nigel Henry right now is way better than Lawrence or Dog.
ent Zamora injured
slap in allyuh face again...good fuh we
zamora scored 13 min
i wanted to respond to arrow, but he have my head tie up.. i cyah tell when he serious or on chain..
but lemme ask this question..
can someone point me in the direction of a game where Jlloyd Samuel played as a stopper? seeing as allyuh suggesting that, i would like to see and assess for myself.. because I never see or hear about him playing there except on this board..
But I glad to see the defense was lookin better this time around. Bakr real star this match.
And men talkin bout we wing defence. We central defence wusserer. If J Lloyd could partner Tallest or Dog in the centre of defence...that would help more than putting him at wing back IMO.
Jason Scotland - NR, Is he really premiership quality.
I have FAITH in Scotland he only got about 12min in the game but did cause problems. You should be asking the same thing about Jones. At least Scotland rack some goals last season so we know he could score.
I keep saying over and over let Scotland and Glenn start and you would see some real action
OK Glen and Scotty as we try Glen and KJ.
Based on the performance I think we need to shore up some areas with the following
Collin Samuel on the left flank we need the speed and skill
SCOTTY AND GLENN up top. Devastating combination of speed and skill here and abiltiy to shoot
Jones comes in second half
Jay LLoyd left back
Dwight attacking midfielder
Hyland/ Birche defensive midfield
Is up to the magician, but we have a tough away game coming up and we need to get tham goals
Who do you all think we need and why
I agree but a fit Stern with Glenn .. but Scotty while Stern is out
Avery and JL'Samuel to battle it out for the LB creates healthy competition as well as good cover for the position
If Dwight isnt fit then I would like to see a Hyland and Birchall combination
Ok here the scene..Honduras away is a very very difficult game so you cant go up there with a all out attacking line up nor a very defensive line up.. it has to be balanced
So here my line up for Honduras .. my picks
----------------------------------Ince---
--Spann----------Lawrence--------------Sancho---------JL'Samuel
-----------------------Noel-------------Birchall
Carlos-------------------------Dwight---------------------C.Samuel
-------------------------------Glenn--------------------------------
* Very fast counter attack with quality release from Dwight and Noel and even Birchall
* Wingers will provide cover for the full backs
* Central mid provides defensive ability as well as good quality in attack
* Central defenders are experienced and good enough to deal with the situation
If Sancho is not included I would like to see Thomas or Julias battle it out... DOG too.. he'll be fit playing in the SPL
I ent know if to applaud or to steups...
we go miss 3 penalty
Might be jumping the gun here but this is a Irish paper and article, I wouldn't be too surprised if 1 of the 2 players is Carlos as Keane rates / has a soft spot for him.

Keane “agrees fee” for Sunderland pair
July 8, 2009
Roy Keane has agreed a fee to bring two players, including one Irishman, to Ipswich Town from former club Sunderland.
Afterwards, he revealed that his recruitment drive, which saw Irish international Damien Delaney join from QPR last week, is set to sign two players from Wearside.
He said: “We have agreed a price with two players from a club I hope to meet in the next 48 hours, one of them is Irish.
“I’ve been linked with about 70 players since I took the job, they are two players that did very well for me a Sunderland. But it is difficult for us to get players out of the Premiership for lots of reasons and I can’t keep coming back to the same players I had at Sunderland either.”
Keane has been linked with a raid on his old club for forward Daryl Murphy, who has fallen down the pecking order at Sunderland over the past 12 months, while winger Carlos Edwards has also been mentioned as a potential Ipswich target.
This was in the London Times
