Head coach Zoran Vranes will change his starting eleven for Wednesday’s Caribbean Football Union return leg World Under 20 qualifier against St Vincent and the Grenadines which is carded for the Marvin Lee Stadium from 6pm.

The young “Soca Warriors” demolished St Vincent 8-0 in the first leg on Friday and will fancy their chances of another win as they seek a spot in the Concacaf Final qualifying round next April in Guatemala.

There are a couple on injury worries as well which will see Vranes making two definite changes to the team.

“Well we are ahead 8-0 and while I will not be too confident for this match, I think it’s fair to say that we can use the match to have a look at some other players who were not starting before,” Vranes told TTFF Media.

“There is also the situation where we have some injuries and we will assess this before knowing for sure how many players will miss out. But I am looking forward to seeing a couple of the boys play from the start of the match.

It is important that we give playing time to as much players possible because we need to have a big pool for the remainder of the campaign because it is surely going to be a lot tougher in the Concacaf stage and it would be nice to have a wide pool to select from,” Vranes added.

The T&T team is captained by Sheldon Bateau who scored on Friday while hattrick goalscorer Jerrel Britto, Johan Peltier, Shahdon Winchester and Marcus Joseph will also be looking to add to their scoring from the first leg. T&T will train from 5:30pm on Tuesday at the Marvin Lee Stadium.

Meantime, Central America will begin its qualifying campaign today (Tuesday) as Costa Rica will face Panama and Nicaragua for the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship while Honduras, Belize and El Salvador will face off in the other group.

Panama will host Group 1 at Agustin Muquita Sanchez Stadium in La Chorrera November 23-27 while Honduras will be the home side for Group 2 at Nilmo Edwards Stadium in La Ceiba December 1-5.

The top team in each will qualify for the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship along with host Guatemala for the tournament April 3-17.

CONCACAF will qualify four teams to next year's FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Colombia, July 29-August 20.
